KJEO TV 32 Sports

Central California High School Football
Season Number 2

On August 28, 2004, KJEO TV32 Sports, and Cocola Broadcasting Companies, will kick off the 2004 high school football season with a great matchup between two of the top ranked teams in California, Watsonville vs Clovis East. Chris Terrence will again report the play by Play, while Fred Clark does the color commentary. Last season, the KJEO Team presented a 15 game television schedule including the Valley Playoffs and championship game, which was a thriller between Clovis West and Clovis East. (Clovis East won)

This year, another full slate is on tap featuring teams from all over the Valley. 2004 could be one of the greatest seasons of all time for Fresno area High school football, which has sent many, many players off to the College and professional ranks. Clovis East, Edison, Clovis, Central, Clovis West, San Joaquin Memorial, and Bullard are all returning Powerhouse teams to the local area. Besides the local schedule, many of The Valley teams are matched up against very tough teams from all over California. Clovis West is playing the number one team, not only in California, but the entire nation, DeLasalle from Concord. Also, Clovis East is playing a top ranked team from Southern California, Long Beach Poly in a game to be televised on KJEO.

KJEO will announce it’s schedule of the first five games it will broadcast, on July 15th. After the first five games, we will announce the rest of the schedule according to the which games will attract the most fan interest. It is the policy of CBC to present as many teams as possible on the series. Last season, over 15 different teams were covered.

Each game, Chris and Fred will be presenting Players of the Game awards, one from each team. Also, as usual, there will be interviews with players and coaches, along with half-time interviews with celebrities and also with some of our treasured sponsors.
